TRS manages more than 90 Residential Cooperative and Condominium buildings throughout NYC and, to no surprise, technology plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the buildings that we manage and how we communicate with residents, board members, banks, accountants, and staff members.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of several new technology updates to our platform!

Many of our residents have been asking for more options to make their monthly payments, including the ability to pay by credit card.  We heard you and we are thrilled to announce a new payment portal, accessed through  Our new “make a payment” portal provides our residents with the ability to pay their monthly maintenance and/or common charges directly through the website.  Don’t worry – we still accept checks and provide ACH service if you are so inclined!

Speaking of our website, we are thrilled to announce that our brand new website just launched and is now live!  Updates to include our new payment portal that we described above along with a streamlined design that should prove easy to navigate.  Our new site is responsive as well, which means whether you’re browsing on your computer, smartphone or tablet, the site should work really well.

As you browse around, you’ll find access to TudorConnect where you can access your building’s documents and you’ll find several ways to get in touch with us should you need anything.  You’ll find sections to search listings for apartments that are for sale and rent and for commercial space and you’ll find our new blog where we will be posting articles and other useful information from time to time.
